When you place your order, payment will need to be made. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders, and personal checks. If you decide to cancel your order before our designers have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase. If you decide to cancel your order after our designers have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase minus a cancellation fee of $25. Once you approve your proof, or if your order does not include a proof, we are unable to change your order. While we can’t refund your purchase, we will assist you with a discounted reorder. Of course, if the error was ours, we will reprint the order at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
All personalized products (like wedding stationery, party invites, etc) shipping within the United States are sent via UPS Ground. Paper good packages are shipped from our Auburn, Alabama office and hand-painted items are shipped from our Mobile, Alabama office so shipping time may vary depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the items. We typically charge $12 per shipment however, if we customize an order with significant weight we will notify you of shipping price changes.

Viv-Vah-Chey Designs is an online company, therefore we do not have a local retail store. All orders must be placed through our secure online boutique. We have made it a priority to make the online process as simple and straight-forward as possible but if you have questions about placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
• Fall in love with a design. Place your order. You can customize your chosen design with our ink colors, fonts, paper type, and more.
• Send us your text. We’re here to help you with your wording and etiquette questions. If you need any advice or direction on what you would like your invitation to say, please visit out wedding etiquette section or don't hesitate to convo us to ask.
• Approve your design proof. Once your order is placed online, our design staff will work one-on-one with you to create your perfect invitation design. You’ll receive a PDF proof within 3 business days of completing your order. You will also receive two free rounds of proofs.
• Your UPS driver will be your new best friend as you anticipate your arrival! We ship 10-14 business days after proof approval, if not sooner.
ORDERING PROCESS DETAILS
Turnaround: Send us your order and your text, and you’ll receive your initial proof within three business days. Anything custom or handpainted will need 3 additional business days. Revisions to proofs are sent out within two business days. When you send us your final proof approval, your order ships within 10-14 business days. Rush services are available.
Rush turnaround: For a 50 percent upcharge, our rush service offers proofs within 2 business days. Please contact us to confirm availability. (And keep in mind, if using custom design services, we will need three more days design time)
Proofs: Two rounds of changes to your initial proof are included with your order. Additional rounds of revisions are $30. We email PDF proofs directly to you.
Pre-shipment of envelopes: We can ship out your printed envelopes early, with a 7 day turnaround time, for $50 + shipping costs.
Shipping: UPS Ground shipping is the standard method of shipping we use. Expedited shipping is also available for an upcharge.
Payment: When you place your order through Esty, payment will need to be made. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval.
Sales tax: We charge 4% sales tax only on orders shipped to an Alabama state address. Orders shipped outside of Alabama are not charged sales tax.
Final Product: We are committed to your happiness. If something is not right, we will do everything possible to make it right.
